Tarjouskilpailu koskee bruttoliikennemallilla toteutettua liikennettä julkisen liikenteen liikenneverkolla tilaajan toimialueella reiteillä: Kohde 10, linjat 40, 40A, 41, 42, 44, 45, 45A ja 46
Award criteria
- Price — Edullisin tarjous saa 92 pistettä. Muiden tarjousten hinta lasketaan kaavalla X/Y * 92 = Z, jossa X = halvimman tarjouksen hinta Y = tarjoajan hinta Z = tarjoajan hintapisteet
- Quality — Kaluston ympäristö- ja muiden teknisten ominaisuuksien pisteet 0-8 pistettä. Pisteytettävät ominaisuudet ja laskenta esitetty Liitteessä: "2.1 Tarjouskilpailu 1_2023 kohde 10 kalustolomake".
