Description
The aim of the procurement is to ensure the need for access to external legal services within relevant legal areas for the Norwegian Health Network and nine departments in health management. There is a need for services across legal areas and within complex problems. Tenderers shall offer legal services, including: Consultancy in individual cases, including major review workGeneral legal assistance Design of templates and the like Development and quality control of contract draft, templates and the likeSecondment/deployment*Webinar, courses, lectures and other competence raising at Customer Presentation in litigation Relevant legal areas: Labour law and pension Contract and Contract Law Health Competition law / EU/EEA legal legal ProcurementsForvaltningsrett/public rettsområderTeknologi- og ICT-rettInformasjonssikkerhet og personvernSelskapsrettRammeavtalen skal inngås med 2 leverandører, der leverandør no. 1 is the primary supplier and supplier no. 2 is a secondary supplier. Annex 2 describes the procedure for awarding call-offs.
