Hankinnan kohteena olivat Joensuun taidemuseon muutostyön arkkitehti- ja pääsuunnittelun sekä tietomallikoordinaattorin tehtävät Hankintaprosessi on kokonaisuudessaan suomenkielinen. Palvelun tulee täyttää Euroopan unionin suoraan velvoittavien säädösten, Suomen lakien ja asetusten sekä viranomaisten antamat määräykset.
