Rakennusteknisten töiden urakoitsija toimii pääurakoitsijana ja lainsäädännön tarkoittamana päätoteuttajana. Putki-, ilmanvaihto-, rakennusautomaatio-, sähkö-, AV- ja turvaurakat toteutetaan pääurakkaan alistettuina sivu-urakoina.
