Riigihanke esemeks on avalikuks kasutamiseks kavandatud infrastruktuuri ja üldkasutatava haljastuse koos puhkealade ja -rajatistega projekteerimis- ja ehitustööde teostamine vastavalt Jõelähtme Vallavolikogu 14. detsembri 2023. a. otsusega nr 168 kehtestatud Loo aleviku Jõelähtme piirkonna detailplaneeringule (ConArte OÜ töö nr DP-2020/285, edaspidi Detailplaneering) ning Jõelähtme vald, Loo alevik Jõeääre puhkeala lahenduse põhiprojektile (Est Estate OÜ töö „Jõelähtme vald, Loo alevik Jõeääre puhkeala 14_2024“ ning Peakraavi tee projekteerimine ja ehitamine kuni Kruusimäe teeni (katastritunnus 24504:002:0589) hankelepingu projektis toodud mahus ja tingimustel ja vastavalt teistes riigihanke alusdokumentides sätestatud tingimustele / Kõrvaldamise alused ja kvalifitseerimistingimused: Vaata hanke alusdokumentidest
