Dünaamilise hankesüsteemi alusel hangitakse jaotustrafosid (hermeetilised masti- ja alajaama trafod, kuivtrafod) keskselt nii kontserni kuuluvatele ettevõtetele kui vabatahtliku keskse hankimise kaudu soetajatele.
