Основната цел на настоящата процедура е да бъде избран изпълнител, притежаващ професионална квалификацияи практически опит в доставка на услугата по превоз на пътници с превозни средства–автобуси,както и осигуряване посрещане на пътници и координация на пътуването, на когото Българската федерация по волейбол, да възложи изпълнението на настоящата обществена поръчка, при икономически най-изгодни условия и за най-ефективното разходване на средствата приследване на принципите на публичност, прозрачност, осигуряване на свободна и лоялна конкуренция и недопускане на дискриминация при осъществяване на нуждите на Българската федерация по волейбол, свързани със спортния календар. Kъм настоящия момент финансирането е при условията на чл. 114 от ЗОП.
