Description

Predmet nabave ovog postupka su šumarski radovi pridobivanja drvnih šumskih proizvoda u fazi izvođenja odnosno neposredne provedbe, u smislu Članka 3, Pravilnika o vrsti šumarskih radova. Fazu pripreme rada izvodi Naručitelj. Rezultat pripremnih radova je Elaborat pripremnih radova kojega Naručitelj predaje izvoditelju kao podlogu za fazu izvođenja radova. Pri izvođenju šumarskih radova izvoditelji se trebaju pridržavati uvjeta iz Elaborata pripreme radova i uvjeta iz Tehničkih specifikacija - Tehničkog lista šumarskih radova.
