Description
Opis: Radovi obuhvaćaju izvanredno održavanje postojeće poslovne građevine - kina „Europa”, Varšavska ulica 3 (k.č. 2212, k.o. Centar Novi), a sve sukladno detaljnom opisu, vrstama radova i količinama određenim u priloženom troškovniku. Planirani radovi izvoditi će se temeljem Pravilnika o jednostavnim i drugim građevinama i radovima (NN 112/17, 34/18, 36/19, 98/19, 31/20, 74/22 155/23) članak 5., točke 1. i 2., a u svrhu poboljšanja temeljnih zahtjeva za građevinu. Svi potrebni radovi koje je potrebno izvesti u sklopu izvanrednog održavanja predmetnog objekta obuhvaćeni su izrađenom projektnom dokumentacijom, koju je izradilo Sveučilište u Zagrebu, Arhitektonski fakultet, Zavod za graditeljsko naslijeđe, Kačićeva 26, 10000 Zagreb.
