Description
IZVOĐENJE RADOVA I OPREMANJE DJEČJEG VRTIĆA "STENJEVEC" po grupama: GRUPA 1: Izvođenje radova GRUPA 2: Opremanje Sukladno izmjeni i dopuni Programa radova kapitalnih ulaganja u objekte za društvene djelatnosti i u obnovu objekata oštećenih potresom u Gradu Zagrebu u 2024., predviđena su sredstva za izradu projektne dokumentacije, građenje i opremanje Dječjeg vrtića Malešnica - PO Stenjevec. Grad Zagreb proveo je natječaj za izradu idejnog urbanističko-arhitektonskog rješenja Dječjeg vrtića Malešnica - PO Stenjevec. Sa izrađivačem provonagrađenog rada na natječaju – projektantskim uredom Tri Kvarti d.o.o. skopljen je ugovor o izradi projektne dokumentacije. Sukladno sklopljenom ugovoru, izrađen je glavni i izvedbeni projekt izgradnje i opremanja Dječjeg vrtića Malešnica - PO Stenjevec. Sukladno izrađenoj dokumentaciji, predmet nabave je izvođenje radova izgradnje Dječjeg vrtića Malešnica - PO Stenjevec na k.č.br. 2960, k.o. Stenjevec, u Zagrebu. Planirani kapacitet vrtića je 200 djece u 10 odgojnih skupina. Vrtić je planiran kao samostojeća građevina. Građevina dječjeg vrtića smještena je uz sjeverozapadnu granicu predviđene parcele, te svojim oblikom definira rub dječjeg dvorišt…
