Предметът на обществената поръчка включва дейности по извънгаранционно абонамeнтно сервизно обслужване на медицинска апаратура, собственост на възложителя, необходима за изпълнение на лечебната дейност, подробно описана в Техническата спецификация на документацията на обществената поръчка.        АБОНАМЕНТНОТО извънгаранционо сервизно обслужване на медицинската апаратура включва извършване на задължителна профилактика на медицинската апаратура два пъти годишно и в съответствие с изискванията на производителя и действащите разпоредби за качество и безопасна експлоатация на медицинската апаратура;  диагностика; неограничен брой посещения при повикване за диагностициране на повреда/и ремонт на медицнската апаратура и привеждането й в работно състояние; проверки работоспособността на всеки един апарат на всеки четири  месеца; извършване на ремонт с подмяна на нови, оригинални, нерециклирани резервни части, при необходимост; извършване на настройки, калибровки, тестове и софтуерен ъпгрейд на медицинската апаратура.          Резервните части трябва да нови, неупотребявани и нерециклирани.
