Predmet nabave je izrada projektno-tehničke dokumentacije za energetsku obnovu, modernizaciju, funkcionalnu prilagodbu i uređenje zgrade Hrvatskog narodnog kazališta u Splitu. Projektno-tehnička dokumentacija mora biti izrađena u skladu s horizontalnim načelom „ne nanosi bitnu štetu“ (engl. do no significant harm, skr.: DNSH), a promatrano kontekstu buduće realizacije projekta u okviru poštivanja klimatskih i okolišnih standarda i prioriteta Europske unije u smislu članka 17.
