Razradom prvonagrađenog rješenja autor/projektant je u obvezi primijeniti projektna rješenja na način da cijena gradnje objekta sa opremanjem i uređenjem okoliša bude u okviru planiranih investicijskih vrijednosti. Navedena usluga izrade projektne dokumentacije za izgradnju Doma za starije osobe Dubrava podrazumijeva: • izradu korekcija i daljnje razrade idejnog rješenja, glavnog projekta, izvedbenog projekta za čiji arhitektonski dio prema čl. 96. Zakona o autorskom pravu i drugim stvarnim pravima, naručitelj stječe isključiva autorska imovinska prava iskorištavanja autorskog djela stvorenog po narudžbi, u sadržaju i opsegu koji je potreban za ispunjenje te svrhe, • izradu ostalih dijelova projektne dokumentacije potrebnih za ishođenje dozvola, suglasnosti, mišljenja, uvjeta i potvrda, provođenje svih postupaka javne nabave, te završetak gradnje objekta, • prikupljanje svih potrebnih suglasnosti, mišljenja, uvjeta, potvrda na projekte, pristojbe koje su potrebne za predaju dokumentacije za ishođenje Posebnih uvjeta i Potvrda na glavne projekte, ishođenje dozvola kao i sve potrebne korekcije projekata u postupku ishođenja dozvola.
