Развалане и направа на нов покрив от фалцова ламарина, почистванене на фасада от суха зидария, запълване на фугите и обработка на стените с водоотблъскваща фасадна хидроизолация, доставка и монтаж на метална врата и решетка за ТП, разваляне на вътрешна вароциментова мазилка, почистване на основата, грундиране, измазване с възстановяващаа мазилка и боядисване със силиконова боя, подмяна  на ел. изолатори и заземителна инсталация, съгласно КСС ; ​​​​​​​
