Izgradnja uređaja za pročišćavanje otpadnih voda III. stupnja pročišćavanja i kapaciteta 21.000 ES. Radovi u okviru ovog ugovora se sastoje od: (1) projektiranja (idejni projekt – izmjena/dopuna ako je nužno, glavni projekt, izvedbeni projekt, projekt izvedenog stanja), (2) ishođenja odobrenja i dozvola, (3) izgradnja uređaja, (4) puštanje uređaja u pogon, (5) obuke osoblja Naručitelja, (6) dokazivanja traženih parametara u pokusnom radu i tijekom testova po dovršetku i (7) otklanjanja nedostataka tijekom jamstvenog roka (Razdoblja odgovornosti za nedostatke).
