(c) Direktive 2014/24/EU, čl. 89. st. 1. t. (c) Direktive 2014/25/EU). Sukladno Odlukama Inženjera oznake Ex_107_26_517_OUT od 26.02.2026. i Ex_107_26_519_OUT od 03.07.2026. Rok dovršetka koji je određen u Dodatku ponude se produljuje za 238+223=461 dana, te je novi Rok dovršetka do 27.10.2026. Stranke ovim Dodatkom br. 12. ugovaraju izmjenu i dopunu ugovora kako slijedi: U Dodatku ponude članak 1.1.3.3. OUU mijenja se i glasi „Rok dovršetka – 1.1.3.3. – 27.10.2026.“
