Predmet nabave je: IZGRADNJA I OPREMANJE OSNOVNE ŠKOLE "JAKUŠEVEC". Projektnim zadatkom predviđena je gradnja osnovne škole u naselju Jakuševec na parceli oznake k.č. br. 998/1 k.o. Jakuševec, površine cca 13884 m2. Na parceli se nalazi postojeća škola (GBP=712,2 m2), koja je u lošem stanju te se predviđa njeno uklanjanje. Novoplanirana škola se predviđa za cca 448 učenika u 1 smjeni u 16 razrednih odjela. Sukladno uvjetima GUP-a potrebna parcela iznosi 30 m2 po učeniku...
