Predmet nabave je: IZGRADNJA GRADSKE KNJIŽNICE GRADA ZAGREBA I DRUŠTVENO - KULTURNOG CENTRA NA LOKACIJI PAROMLIN, koja obuhvaća radove: rekonstrukcije postojećih građevina industrijskog kompleksa Paromlina (zgrade transmisije, skladišta brašna i silosa) koje predstavljaju kulturno dobro, faksimilnu rekonstrukciju zgrade mlina, izgradnju nove građevine, a sve sukladno troškovniku predmetnih radova, projektno-tehničkoj dokumentaciji (Izgradnja Gradske knjižnice Grada Zagreba i društveno-kulturnog centra na lokaciji Paromlin, TD 09/23, ZOP 52/19, ožujak 2023., izrađen po UPI-2M d.o.o., glavni projektant Paula Žinić, mag.ing.arh.) i građevinskoj dozvoli.
