Predmet nabave je Izgradnja Centra za starije osobe Dubrovnik – Doma za starije i nemoćne. Centar za starije osobe osigurat će 205 smještajnih kapaciteta te osigurati pružanje usluga u zajednici za 410 korisnika usluga. Planirana građevina projektirana je u 3 dilatacije, prva visine Su+P+5, dok je druga Su+P+4, te treća dilatacija Su+P+3. Bruto razvijena površina planirane građevine je cca 10.788,00 m2.
