Description
Säffle kommun avser att upphandla ett nytt system för IT-stöd, styrning och ledning/ kvalitetsledning för Säffle kommun och dess bolag som stödjer processerna för strategisk uppföljning och planering (vision, fullmäktigemål, nämndmål uppdrag mm) och ha rapporteringsfunktion. Rapporteringen ska stödja kommunens politiska ledning i sitt beslutsfattande. Vidare ska IT-systemet stödja uppföljning och planering på verksamhetsnivå (verksamhetsmål, aktiviteter) och ska ha rapporteringsfunktion. Systemet ska hjälpa chefer i deras arbete med verksamhetens mål, ekonomi och personal. För att kvalificera sig ska anbudssökanden implementerat och driftsatt offererat system i minst 5 svenska kommuner, de senaste 5 åren
