Description
Norrköpings kommun avser att upphandla ett nytt IT-stöd för rekrytering och omställning i form av en SaaS-tjänst. Syftet är att anskaffa ett användarvänligt, effektivt och framtidssäkert rekryteringssystem som stödjer hela rekryterings- och omställningsprocessen och bidrar till en professionell och rättssäker process. Upphandlingens omfattning Upphandlingen omfattar ett webbaserat standardsystem för rekrytering och omställning som ska stödja: • Behovsanalys och vakansprövning • Hantering av omplaceringsutredning och företrädesrätt till återanställning • Kravprofil och annonsering • Urval, intervjuer och bedömning • Beslut, dokumentation och uppföljning Användare och volymer Systemet ska stödja cirka 500 interna användare (chefer, HR-specialister, administratörer) samt externa användare i form av kandidater. Årligen hanteras cirka 2 000 rekryteringsärenden och ca 30 000 jobbansökningar. Integrationer och IT-arkitektur Kommunen eftersträvar öppna standarder och API-baserade integrationer alternativt befintliga standardintegrationer.
