Description
Upphandlingen avser ett IT-stöd för kvalitetsledning och hållbarhetsrapportering till Norrköpings kommunkoncern. Bakgrund och mål Beställaren har identifierat ett växande behov av ett gemensamt IT-stöd som kan underlätta arbetet med kvalitetsledning, systematisk arbetsmiljöarbetet, stödja rapporteringen enligt det nya EU-direktivet CSRD (Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive) med flera kvalitetsledningsprocesser. I dagsläget finns inget heltäckande IT-stöd för kommunkoncerns kvalitetsledningsprocesser. Varje förvaltning och kommunalt bolag ansvarar självständigt för sitt arbete, vilket medför att information ofta är fragmenterad och svår att följa upp. Ett kommunövergripande IT-stöd skulle bidra till en effektivare och mer enhetlig hantering och säkerställa att verksamheten utvecklas i linje med kommunens mål.
