Det dynamiska inköpssystemet (DIS) omfattar möjligheten att genomföra specifika upphandlingar inom området IT-säkerhet incidenthantering (IRT). DISet är utformat för att möjliggöra proaktiv kontraktering av incidenthanteringstjänster, vilket innebär att upphandlande myndigheter kan ingå kontrakt med leverantörer innan en IT-säkerhetsincident inträffar.
