Upphandlingen avser ett ramavtal för IT-rådgivning och omvärldsbevakningstjänster och omfattar bland annat IT-strategi, digital transformation, IT-styrning, IT-arkitektur, sourcing och leverantörsstyrning, informationssäkerhet, cybersäkerhet, AI och dataanalys. Ramatalet innefattar löpande tillgång till kvalificerad och oberoende omvärldsbevakning, forskning, analyser, rapporter, metoder och modeller inom IT och digitalisering samt strategisk rådgivning och expertstöd. Tjänsterna avses huvudsakligen tillhandahållas genom abonnemang samt möjlighet att avropa kompletterande rådgivnings- och konsulttjänster. Ramavtalets takvärde uppgår till 25 miljoner kronor exklusive mervärdesskatt.
