Description
Denna upphandling omfattar resurskonsulttjänster inom verksamhetsutveckling, krav, användbarhet och tillgänglighet. Exempelvis omfattas utredningar, förstudier, workshopledning, behovsanalyser, framtagning av krav, kravanalys, kravspecificering och metodarbete, utredningar samt framtagning av systemkravspecifikationer. Ramavtalet omfattar också kompetenser knutna till avropsberättigades IT-system för ekonomiadministrativa och löne- och personaladministrativa processer (EA/PA). Ramavtalet omfattar även arbetsuppgifter såsom kartläggning av behov, framtagande av koncept och gränssnitt, tillgänglighetsspecialist, skriva, strukturera och analysera information samt sökexpertis och sökoptimering. Vidare omfattar Ramavtalet bland annat Konsulttjänster med kompetens inom relevanta standarder och riktlinjer inom användbarhet och tillgänglighet, exempelvis WCAG och EN 301 549. Även kompetens om Webbtillgänglighetsdirektivet, kunskap och erfarenhet av ISO 9241-11 samt kompetens om metoder för användarcentrerad systemutveckling och W3Cs standarder för webb (www.w3c.org) omfattas av Ramavtalet.
