Upphandlingen avser ett ramavtal som ska tillgodose Regeringskansliets behov av IT-konsulttjänster inom applikationsutbildning. Regeringskansliet har behov att avropa kvalificerade konsulttjänster inom applikationsutbildning. Konsulternas uppdrag kommer bestå i att ta fram applikationsutbildning för programvara eller system som är egenutvecklade inom Regeringskansliet.
