Description
Orust kommun upphandlar ett ramavtal avseende köp och leasing av produkter för IT-arbetsplatser samt tillhörande tjänster för kommunens medarbetare. Syftet är att säkerställa ett kostnadseffektivt, hållbart och behovsanpassat utbud av IT-relaterade produkter och tjänster som stödjer kommunens digitala arbetsmiljö. Under avtalstiden ska antagen leverantör aktivt samarbeta med kommunen för att utveckla och effektivisera hela livscykeln – från beställning till utfasning. Med IT-arbetsplatser avses produkter inom nedan produktkategorier: • Bärbara och stationära datorer • Läsplattor • Bildskärmar • Audio- och videoprodukter (AV) för distansarbete samt för arbets- och konferensrum Hela leverantörens sortiment ska ingå i avtalet. Uppdraget omfattar även tjänster såsom: • Rådgivning kring val av utrustning • Utbyte av datorutrustning • Hantering i samband med skrotning • Stöldmärkning • Garantihantering och relaterade tjänster Anbud ska lämnas på hela uppdraget enligt vad som framgår av upphandlingsunderlaget.
