si rende noto che r la società Warehouse srl, titolare dell’atto di subingresso n. 06/25 all’atto n. 08/13 e al connesso atto suppletivo 29/23, con istanza (prot. AdSP n. 31940/25) ha chiesto il rilascio di un atto suppletivo allo scopo di realizzare una struttura alberghiera con annessi uffici, centro congressi ed attività commerciali (area wellness, ristorante etc.) presso i manufatti ex Magazzini Generali, siti presso il Molo Trapezoidale, con contestuale proroga della durata del titolo concessorio di ulteriori 36 anni. Il presente avviso è pubblicato per 30 giorni solari e consecutivi sulla GURI, sulla GUUE, sull’ Albo Pretorio del Comune di Palermo e sull’albo pretorio on line di questo Ente (www.adsppalermo.it). Eventuali osservazioni e/o opposizioni e/o domande concorrenti potranno essere presentate entro il termine di scadenza del suddetto termine di pubblicazione sulla GURI all’indirizzo pec dell’Ente. Gli atti del procedimento sono disponibili presso l’Ufficio Demanio di questo Ente. Il Responsabile del procedimento è il Dirigente dell’Area Demanio.
