Pirkimo objektas – Išorinis savivaldybių centralizuoto vidaus audito tarnybų, nurodytų Techninės specifikacijos 12 p. veiklos vertinimo paslaugos. Paslaugų tikslas – atlikti išorinį kiekvienos Tarnybos vertinimą, parengti išorinio Tarnybų vertinimo ataskaitas (iš viso 20 (dvidešimt) ataskaitų), pateikti išvadas ir rekomendacijas dėl Tarnybų veiklos tobulinimo, siekiant didinti Tarnybų veiklos efektyvumą bei rezultatyvumą.
