Riigihanke eesmärgiks on sõlmida hanke iga osa kohta mitme pakkujaga raamleping (HD lisa 2), mille objektiks on kuni 31.03.2025 sõlmitavate hankelepingute alusel SA-le Pärnu Haigla isikukaitsevahendite ostmine, mille tehniline kirjeldus on esitatud HD lisas 1 ja prognoositavad kogused (esimese hankelepingu ehk 1 aasta eeldatav kogus) HD lisas 3. Raamlepingu raames ostetava Kauba eeldatav kogus on kahekordne HD lisa 3 Hinnapakkumuse vormil esitatud kogus.
