Invitation to Tender for Architect Led Design Team for the delivery of: - The design, procurement, and construction to include the insulation and rendering of external walls and the insulation and over roofing of roofs to the rear extensions of the building, the replacement of fenestration and the installation of an air source heat pump heating system.
