INVITATION TO NEGOTIATE FOR A PUBLIC SERVICE CONTRACT FOR THE PROVISION OF PUBLIC BUS SERVICES IN MULLINGAR Contract Band: 2 Region: Leinster This ITN has been issued by the Authority in connection with a competitive procurement for award of a contract being conducted in accordance with the negotiated procedure under the European Union (Award of Contracts by Utility Undertakings) Regulations 2016 (S.I. No. 286/2016) (the “Regulations”). This ITN is a Call-Off Competition arising from the Qualification System advertised by the Authority and published in the Official Journal of the European Union (“OJEU”) on 6th July 2023 with reference TED19-IRL/2023-000685. This ITN is being issued to those who have a) indicated that they wish to participate in tender processes for the Leinster region; and b) been allocated to Contract Band 2 (or a higher Contract Band). The proposed public bus passenger services are required to operate on two new routes in Mullingar, MU1 and MU2, as described below and shown on Figure 1.
