Description

Väylävirasto is planning to tender a railway condition analytics software. The material to be analyzed comprises approximately 7200 kilometers of railway tracks, and the measurement data is updated 2 to 6 times per year depending on the section of the track. The aim of the contracting entity is to procure a ready-made software that will be implemented through interfaces to the Client's data sources. The procurement will cover the service and the platform, implementations, maintenance, version updates, technical support and user training for users. The supplier is responsible of the total service. The procurement will be carried out as a competitive negotiation procedure. The object of the procurement is discussed in more detail in the negotiations and the final invitation to tender. The information provided in this notice is preliminary and is subject to change during preparation. The duration of the contract is initially planned to be at least five years.
