Description
Helsinki Transport Authority HSL is looking for consultants for support tasks in tendering projects for train, metro and light rail services and investigations in preparation for these tenders. The aim of this invitation for market dialogue is to survey the interest, available services and capabilities of consulting companies before publishing a call for tenders for a framework agreement. Due to the urgency of the preparation for some of the tenders, minor investigations may be procured from consultants answering this market dialogue, before the call for tenders for the framework agreement is published. Background Helsinki Region Transport Authority HSL is the competent authority for PSO passenger transport services in the Helsinki capital region. We organize public transport by commuter trains, metro, light rail, tram, bus and ferry. Commuter train services in the Helsinki region are currently operated under a competitively tendered PSO contract. The end date of the current contract is in June 2031.
