Description
Pohjois-pohjanmaan hyvinvointialue pyytää tarjousta Intratekaalisista implantoitavista pumpuista ja niiden tarvikkeista. Intratekaalinen implantoitava pumppu on ihon alle asennettava, neulalla ihon läpi täytettävä pumppu, joka annostelee ihon alle asennetun letkun kautta lääkeainetta selkäydinnestetilaan. Yleisin annosteltavat lääke on Baclofen, jota käytetään vaikeiden alaraajojen spastisiteetin hoitoon. Sopimuskausi on 4-vuotta, kuitenkin niin että potilaalle asennettuun intratekaalikatetriin sopivien tarvikkeiden sopimus jatkuu toistaiseksi voimassa olevana saatavuuden varmistamiseksi potilaan eliniän ajan.
