Description
At present CEPOL has three offices: Headquarters in O utca 27, office in Aradi u. 8-10 and office at NOK ICT Boszormenyi utca 21. By the end of 2024 CEPOL will move to the headquarters located at the BIF Tower Ulloi utca 114-118. The move to the new headquarters will require to combine all 3 offices into one single space. This consolidation necessitates a significant upgrade in ICT services to effectively support the new headquarters. Justification for launching the new procedure The technical specifications under the existing framework contract are inadequate to meet the needs of the new BIF Tower office. The amalgamation of the existing offices into the new headquarters creates a demand for significantly higher internet bandwidth that for what the current contract's provisions were signed. Despite the validity and remaining ceiling of the current framework contract, it lacks the flexibility required to accommodate these enhanced services through a new specific contract.
