Description
The general objective of this project is to contribute to the improvement of quality of life in participating cities and regions, by promoting sustainable and integrated urban development and regional innovation (smart specialisation), through the identification of innovative policies and practices. The project should develop urban cooperation and foment city-to-city and region-to-region partnerships between EU and non-EU local and regional authorities in Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Peru, Mexico and the Caribbean in order to exchange best practices and knowledge towards improving cities and regions sustainable development.
