Description
Het Ministerie van Buitenlandse Zaken is voornemens een opdracht te gunnen aan MyBrand Conclusion B.V. voor de uitbreiding van het HR-informatiesysteem GPS (Global Personnel System) oplossing, gebaseerd op SAP SuccessFactors. De opdracht betreft de verwerving van aanvullende SAP-modules (waaronder SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting, Opportunity Marketplace en Analytics Cloud Planning), de implementatie hiervan en het operationaliseren van deze modules binnen de bestaande tenant. De opdracht wordt gegund via een onderhandelingsprocedure zonder voorafgaande aankondiging op grond van artikel 2.32, eerste lid, onder b, sub 2° van de Aanbestedingswet 2012, wegens het ontbreken van mededinging om technische redenen.
