Description

Porsanger municipality intends to enter into an agreement for the change of scissor and archive system. Porsanger municipality is a part of a Midt - Finnmark cooperation between 4 municipalities. A prerequisite for efficient cooperation is a joint platform and harmonisation of the system. The municipality has had its own experiences, assessments and surveys in the market and the municipality has assessed Acos as the tenderer who covers the municipality ́s total need. Here, within the areas of case and archive, insight, publication, meeting processing, building application processing, integrations with other trade systems in a sufficiently secured way.
