Description

Helse Førde, with underlying local hospitals, Nordfjordeid and Lærdal hospitals, has decided to enter into a system agreement with Vingmed AS for Philips patient monitoring. The agreement comprises ongoing procurements of services in the form of service and maintenance/upgrades, partly minor new investments in infrastructure and equipment in connection with new buildings, as well as ongoing procurement of patient monitoring equipment with accessories (e.g. monitors, telemetryenders and modules) for replacement or changed future needs. The contract also includes a framework agreement for the purchase of consumables and spare parts. The system agreement will be applicable for all locations in Helse Førde Health Trust. This intention notice is anchored in the procurement regulations § 13-4 letter b no. 2 on situations where competition is impossible for technical reasons.
