Description
Sandnes kommune (hereafter called the contracting authority) has carried out a market survey where it has had the requirement specification for the MOMD system out at a hearing to see if the requirements can be met by the market. The result of the market survey is that there is only one tenderer who can deliver in accordance with the contracting authority ́s needs. The contracting authority therefore intends to enter into an ongoing service contract with FDVhuset AS for the delivery of the FDVU system FAMAC. The agreement includes full access to the system, as well as an option for the procurement of associated consultancy services. See the attached documents for further information on the completed market survey and assessment of due diligence. The requirement specifications for the solution are attached to the intention notice.
