Description
The Norwegian Veterinary Institute intends to enter into a contract with Illumina for MiSeq instruments for capacity building within outbreak clarification, company analyses as well as research and development projects. The instrument will expand and continue the existing machinery. Illumina is the sole supplier of these MiSeq instruments. A tender contest will not be held as the instrument shall be directly compatible with the existing instrument and it shall be able to use the established laboratory protocols, analysis tools and the digital sample information system. This is an intention notice in accordance with the public procurement regulations § 13-4 letter b) and § 25-3 with a 10 day deadline and the contracting authority will not enter into a contract until at the earliest 10 days after this notice has been published.
