Description
Meråker municipality, c/o the municipal development sector, needs to revise the regulations on fees in accordance with the Planning and Building Act, the Ownership Section Act and Matrikkellova. The municipality would like regulations that are better suited to the current conditions and rules. There is a need to simulation for the above self-cost areas in this connection. The municipality has examined the market and has not found other suppliers that deliver equivalent products. The contracting authority intends to enter into a contract for Momentum Solutions AS, Adresse: Storgata 10B, 0155 OSLO, Org. no. 998 321 921. The tool must be able to calculate direct, indirect and capital costs in accordance with the "Guidelines for calculating self-cost for municipal payment services" and "Guidelines for calculating self-cost and fee regulations in building cases" provided by the Ministry of Local Government and Modernisation.
