Description
The Norwegian Defence ́s Logistics Organisation (the Contracting Authority) would like, with this intention notice, to enter into a contract with EIDEL AS for a contract for maintenance of RCDS (Remote Crypto Distribution System). EIDEL AS is seen as the sole supplier of RCDS and the only companies with sufficient knowledge to carry out technical maintenance on the system, cf. FOSA §§ 8-3 (10) and 5-3 letters c. The aim of this intention notice is that the Contracting Authority wants to be transparent and give the market the possibility to object to the above mentioned contract signing.
