Description
Sporveien intends to enter into a contract for analysis services within capacity and route planning with Trenolab S.r.l. The contract will be built on SSA-O with some adaptations. The total framework for the contract is NOK 4.4 million. The contract shall cover Sporveien ́s need for constructing schedules for the migration phases in connection with the implementation of CBTC in the underground. CBTC will give new driving times, so that the current route schedule and driving times must be adjusted. In the first phases the migration route plans will consist of both the existing and new signal system. The route plans that are prepared must therefore function for both systems. Sporveien would like to use the technical capacity of the subway system as optimally as possible in order to achieve as many train entrances as possible per hour. In order to design operational optimal route plans, the route planning tool is required to reproduce the total subway system as accurately as possible.
