Sporveien AS would like to enter into framework agreements with companies who can cover Sporveien ́s need for plumbing services. External plumbers will be used in addition to, or as a separate resource, for Sporveien ́s own skilled workers. This is a parallel framework agreement where Sporveien would like to enter into a contract with up to 3 tenderers.
