Description
Horten kommune har til intensjon å inngå kontrakt med Norkart AS om levering av et fagsystem for eiendomsskatt, med verktøy som støtter alle nødvendige prosesser. Fagsystemet skal integreres med kommunens økonomisystem og sak/arkivsystem, samt ha automatisk oppdatering av data fra blant annet matrikkelen og andre relevante registre. Fagsystemet må kunne benyttes online på mobile enheter, og ha mulighet for både å benytte gjeldende takseringsretningslinjer samt mulighet for å benytte Skatteetatens grunnlagsdata.Kommunen har undersøkt markedet, blant annet gjennom markedsdialog, og kommet til at det kun er KOMTEK fra Norkart AS som tilfredsstiller kommunens behov.
