Description
De aanleiding van deze aanbesteding is dat de huidige applicatie, zoals door de ODVeluwe afgenomen bij haar gastheer gemeente Apeldoorn (Apeldoorn), niet meer ondersteund wordt. En ODVeluwe wil de kwaliteit van de informatievoorziening op peil brengen. Het doel van de aanbesteding is het sluiten van één overeenkomst met één opdrachtnemer die zorgt voor de uitvoering van de gevraagde dienstverlening. De intentie is om de overeenkomst per 1 april 2026 in te laten gaan. De opdracht omvat het voorzien in de Bedrijfssoftware voor de ODVeluwe. De integrale Bedrijfssoftware kent de volgende onderdelen: Grootboek Crediteurenadministratie Debiteurenadministratie Activa-administratie Begrotingsadministratie Projectadministratie Planning & control Tijdregistratie Verlofregistratie inkoopverplichtingen Contractenmodule (inkoop)* Personeelsdossier Arbeidsvoorwaarden Formatie HR-cyclus In- en uit diensttreding Inhuur * Salarisadministratie Verzuimmanagement Zelfservice medewerkers Opleidingsmanagement * Sturingsinformatie *Optioneel dienen deze modules te worden aangeboden.
