Stilisierter virtueller Influencer als zentrales Element präferiert, aber auch alternative Konzept-Ideen erwünscht. - 640.000 EUR Brutto Projekt-Budget (Festpreis) - Zweistufiges Vergabeverfahren (Verhandlungsverfahren mit Teilnahmewettbewerb): (1) Teilnahmewettbewerb mit unbegrenzter Anzahl von Teilnehmern zur Prüfung der Eignung, sowie des nichtvorliegen von Ausschlussgründen. U.a. gefordert sind 3 Referenz-Projekte. (2) Angebotsphase: Aufforderung von 3 im Teilnahmewettbewerb ausgewählten Agenturen zur Angebotsabgabe ("Bezahlter Konzept-Wettbewerb") 10.000 EUR Brutto Honorar je Agentur - Teilnahme-Antragsfrist 29.07.2025 13:00 Uhr - Angebotsfrist 01.09.2025 (geplant) - Projektzeitraum: Mitte/Ende September 2025 bis November 2026 (geplant)
