Upphandlingen omfattar att tillgodose beställarens behov av förmedling och utbildning till jourhemsfamiljer. Vidare innefattar uppdraget att tillgodose beställarens behov av konsulentstödda jourhem för barnet/den unge i åldrarna 0-20 år. Beställaren avser att teckna avtal med maximalt 20 leverantörer. De enskilda placeringarna (avrop från ramavtalet) kommer att ske enligt en särskild fördelningsnyckel där barnet/den unges behov är primärt
